“Full Circle Roasters is in charge of the coffee bar at Cotto, a pizza joint in Stoneybatter run by Connor Higgins, who brought us , Oxmantown, just off Capel St. At Cotto, which opened in late 2015, the lunchtime and evening menus focus largely on Neopolitan-style pizzas, and the crew rolls out a brunch menu on the weekends.
Trading Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am till 4.00pm, Sat & Sun 11.00am till 3.00pm. Evening hours: Wed to Sun 6.00pm till 10.00pm
